Daugava Stadium – Sports Lighting Design and Supply
For the renovation of Daugava Stadium in Riga, we delivered a complete sports lighting solution that meets the strict requirements of both UEFA and IAAF standards. The project combined precision engineering with modern control technology to ensure world-class performance for football, athletics, and large-scale events.
Our team designed and supplied a high-performance luminaire system, carefully aimed and measured to provide uniform illumination, eliminate glare, and guarantee broadcast-quality lighting. To enhance flexibility, the installation incorporates eight programmable light scenarios, allowing seamless adaptation between training sessions, international competitions, concerts, and multifunctional events.
The lighting is fully managed through an intelligent KNX control system, giving operators precise and energy-efficient management of every fixture. This ensures not only compliance with global sports regulations but also long-term sustainability and operational savings.
With this project, Daugava Stadium benefits from a sports lighting system that enhances athlete performance and improves spectator experience.
