1. Services Purchased Online

• Consultations / Digital Services: Once delivered, these are non-refundable.

• Lighting Project Orders or Author Supervision Services: Refunds are possible if work has not yet begun.

2. Cancellation Policy

​

• Cancellations must be requested in writing to email (at) didzisapinis.com.

• If the project has started, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.

3. Exceptions

​

Refunds are not available for:

• Completed services.

• Customized or personalized projects already in progress.
