Lucidus Techno
Expanding expertise beyond borders.
My journey with the Lucidus began in 2009 as a lighting project manager at Lucidus SIA in Riga. I held this role until 2017, gaining hands-on experience across public infrastructure, commercial developments and complex lighting projects.
In 2017, together with the Lucidus, I co-founded Lucidus Techno OÜ (Estonia) and Lucidus Techno UAB (Lithuania) to expand the group's presence beyond Latvia. Since then, I have been leading both companies, focusing on business development, strategic partnerships and cross-border growth across the Baltic region, while not being actively involved in the Riga operations during that period.
In 2022, I returned to Riga to take part in the reorganisation of Lucidus SIA, taking on the role of Head of Purchasing and Development. In 2023, I transitioned into the position of Head of the Lighting Department, continuing to contribute to the company's growth and development.
Today, my primary focus is growing Lucidus Techno and expanding its impact across the Baltic region.
